Lunarshine Corn Whiskey is our small batch 100% yellow corn based unaged whiskey. A beautiful spicy aroma, with hints of toffee and butter pecan, with a soft, silky dry yet fruity light to medium body and hints of molasses cookie and home-made corn bread. A perfect corn whiskey for sipping or mixing with your favorite cocktail.
Timber Ridge Gin is distilled and bottled locally by Elevation 5003 Distillery. This small batch, column distilled, international style gin has a citrus forward aroma and an incredibly smooth taste. The juniper in this gin is sourced locally from juniper bushes around Fort Collins, adding to the amazing balance of all 8 different botanicals that makes for the perfect concoction of everything amazing about gin.
Falernum Liqueur is a Caribbean style liqueur made with an infusion of all natural ingredients including almond, ginger, clove, allspice, and lime. This liqueur is a longtime staple item of resorts and bars in the Caribbean. Enjoy this liqueur in your Rum Swizzle, Mai Tai, Zombie, Royal Bermuda Yacht Club, Corn n’ Oil, or simply serve over ice.
Our Tasting Room is located at 2601 South Lemay Ave #8. We are open Wednesday and Thursday 4-8pm, Friday 2-8pm, Saturday 12-8pm, and Sunday 1-5pm. Stop in for a cocktail, bottle, or a t-shirt. We have a dog-friendly patio.

It all started with a group of great friends sitting around a fire pit, enjoying some cocktails, and discussing life’s journey.
The conversation focused on what we all wanted to be when we “grew up”. Here we were, a bunch of 30 year old professionals discussing how we envisioned what the rest of our careers would look like.
I had been working in the brewing industry for 15 years. As a brewer, it’s a natural progression to dabble in distilling. So, a few years back I bought a still and started to home distill. I immediately fell in love with distilling!
Growing up, my parents were always supportive and encouraged each of their children to follow careers that they enjoyed. They told each of us to do something that we were proud of and not look back on life and regret not taking chances.
So, as I shared my passion of brewing and distilling with my friends, the “starting my own distillery” seed was planted. After a few years, I took the leap of faith and followed my passion for distilling. I don’t want to look back on life and regret not doing something I’m passionate about.
I’m proud of the spirits that we’re producing. We’re a grain to bottle distillery and I hope that we can be a part of your life’s journey and the many memories to come.
