Straight Rye whiskey

Our Straight Rye Whiskey is finished in Maple Wood Staves. This whiskey is a truly unique and impeccably constructed Rye Whiskey. Distilled with a mash bill of 95% Rye and 5% Malted Barley. This Straight Rye Whiskey is aged for 2.5 years in 53 gallon New American White Oak Barrels and then finished with Maple Wood Staves from Vermont for 4 months. Great for sipping or mixing in a classic cocktail. Aromas of brown sugar and maple syrup. Notes of spicy black tea, vanilla, maple syrup and caramel dominate the palate. Rye undertone with drying notes. Finish is warming, with a touch of sweetness.

Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Our Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged in 53 gallon New American White Oak Barrels with a heavy toasting and charring for 3 years. Bottled at 86 proof. The mash bill is 75% Yellow Corn, 21% Rye, and 4% Malted Barley. Tasting notes include aromas of heavy vanilla complimented with black tea, honey, and pepper. There are hints of sweet tobacco and spice finished with an oak forward rich, dry end.

A juniper body is balanced with notes of bright citrus and complimentary spicy undertones achieved through maceration during distillation. The juniper in this gin is sourced locally from juniper bushes around Fort Collins, adding to the amazing balance of all 8 different botanicals that makes for the perfect concoction of everything amazing about gin.
